All designs on this site are the sole property of Jem&I and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of Jem&I Any breach of copyright will be pursued. 

Jem&I reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Jem&I for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Jem&I reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

LOSS, DAMAGE & DELIVERY  

Jem&I cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays in transit once the order has been dispatched. Once your order is in the postal system, it is out of our hands.
We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. 

You will be supplied with a courier/post tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door, and have appropirate information to follow up any delays or issues.

Or if preferred, you can arrange a time with us to pick up your parcel directly if you are located in Melbourne, Australia.

International shipments are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country we are shipping to and will be assessed by your local customs bureau. Jem&I is unable to offer information regarding importation fees and encourages you to inquire with your local customs bureau for information prior to placing an order. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be included in your delivery costs.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

As Jem&I is a service based business, all our products are made to order and once we have received your order and payment, work on your stationery is started, therefore we can not offer refunds.

The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable. If we have not started work on your designs, the remaining 50% may be able to be returned to you on a job-by-job basis, so please reach out to us quickly after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

Please choose carefully upon ordering. We also encourage you to purchase our sample pack before ordering so you can physically see the high quality and craftsmanship of our designs in a tangible form.

COLOUR MATCHING

We do our absolute best to make sure the printed colours are consistent between all of your designs.
We use various printers, and print on many different types of materials (from card stock, to acrylic, foamboard, linen & satin) and different printing types (digital, white ink, letterpress, screenprinting) so there is always going to be a slight differentiation when printing on difference surfaces with your colours.

If your expectations are to match your colours perfectly, we can print test samples for an additional cost.
