The Process

1

Quoting

Once you’ve fallen head over heals with one of our Semi-Custom designs, or would like to go ahead with a Custom Design, please contact us for a formal quote with your preferred design items, print quantities & print methods.

2

Price proposal review

We will come back to you with a price proposal of all the requested design items along with a timeline.

Once the price proposal and design items have been selected and signed off, a 50% deposit is required before the design phase commences.

3

Supply content

Supply your final content - names, dates and all details for your invitations or design items.

For Custom Designs, you will receive a design questionnaire so we can gather all of your ideas for your stationery, before we come back to you with a design moodboard.

4

Design

This is the exciting part!

Once we have received all of your information, we will get started designing your wedding stationery.

You have 2 rounds of changes where you can revise the designs, colours & wording, to make sure you are in love with your stationery.

5

Printing & Delivery

Once approved, we will send your designs to print.

The remaining 50% of the quote is due before your designs are sent to print.

Once we receive your invitations from our selected printers, we will inspect each item and make sure everything is perfect before carefully packaging these up to be delivered to you as efficiently as possible.

Print methods

Digital $

• Most affordable option
• Unlimited colour options for printing
• Approx 2 weeks for printing

Digital printing is the most versatile printing method - printing black or any colour on a lighter coloured card. It’s perfect for illustrations and designs with multiple colours, single colour designs or simple black on white.

White ink $$

• Affordable option
• For printing on dark colours where only white is legible
• Approx 2 weeks for printing

White ink printing is perfect for printing on darker coloured papers, where digital printing won’t be legible. It’s only slightly more expensive than digital printing, and really stands out.

Letterpress $$$

• Luxury printing
• Price varies according to number of colours
• Beautiful texture and feel
• Approx 4 weeks for printing

Letterpress uses a plate (mold) to imprint the design of your suite onto paper.

This method will create an indentation in the paper, before coloured ink is added, giving it a unique texture.

Foiling $$$

• Luxury printing
• Allows for metallics
• Beautiful texture and feel
• Approx 4 weeks for printing

Foil printing is similar to letterpress in that it requires a plate which is used to press a foil sheet onto the paper creating a beautiful indentation and shimmering appearance.

Embossing & Debossing $$$

• Luxury printing
• Beautiful texture and feel
• Approx 4 weeks for printing

Debossing & embossing are similar to letterpress in that they requires a plate which is used to either create an indentation (debossing) or create a raised appearance (embossing) with no ink or colour.
